  • We recommend booking 9–12 months in advance, especially for large-scale events. However, we can accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.

  • We start every project with a detailed consultation to understand your taste, preferences, and goals. From there, we build a custom design concept and collaborate closely with you to refine the look, feel, and flow, so the event feels unmistakably you, down to the last detail.

  • That’s entirely up to you. Many of our clients prefer a hands-off experience. We handle everything and keep you updated with key decisions. Others like to be more involved creatively. We adapt to your preferences, ensuring you feel confident and stress-free throughout the journey.

  • We have a trusted network of top-tier vendors and venues, but we’re also flexible. If you have a preferred location or vendor in mind, we’re happy to collaborate. Our goal is to curate the perfect team that fits your style, budget, and vision.

  • We plan events locally and internationally. Whether your celebration is in your hometown, a private estate, or a destination abroad, we’re experienced in handling logistics and vendor coordination wherever your event takes us.

  • After your initial consultation and acceptance of the proposed event, we require a ‘Commitment Fee’ to reserve your date. The remaining balance is typically broken into milestones leading up to the event. We will walk you through all payment details during the on-boarding process.
